Getting Started

Creating an account is easy:

  • Click the "Create one now" link on the sign-in page
  • Fill in your name, username, email, and password
  • Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  • Click "Create account"

You'll be ready to start learning immediately after registration.

To enroll in a course:

  • Browse courses from the dashboard or course catalog
  • Click on a course to view its details
  • Click the "Enroll" button
  • If the course is paid, complete the payment process

Once enrolled, you can access the course from your dashboard and start learning at your own pace.

Eltella works best on modern browsers:

  • Google Chrome (recommended)
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

We recommend keeping your browser updated to the latest version for the best experience.

Learning & Progress

Eltella automatically tracks your learning progress:

  • Lessons: Marked complete when you finish viewing them
  • Exercises: Tracked when you submit answers
  • Modules: Progress calculated based on completed items
  • Courses: Overall completion percentage shown on your dashboard

You can see your progress on the course detail page and your personal dashboard.

Learning streaks count the consecutive days you've engaged with learning content on Eltella. They help motivate consistent learning habits.

  • Complete at least one lesson or exercise to maintain your streak
  • Streaks reset if you miss a day
  • Longer streaks earn achievement badges

Spaced repetition is a scientifically-proven learning technique that schedules reviews at optimal intervals to maximize retention.

  • After completing an exercise, Eltella schedules it for future review
  • Content you find difficult is reviewed more frequently
  • Content you know well is reviewed less often
  • This helps move information into long-term memory efficiently

Yes! You can retake exercises as many times as you like to improve your understanding. Your most recent score is typically displayed, but your learning history is preserved.

Account & Settings

If you've forgotten your password:

  • Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page
  • Enter your email address
  • Check your email for a reset link
  • Click the link and create a new password

The reset link expires after 24 hours for security.

Eltella supports dark mode for comfortable viewing. Look for the dark mode toggle (sun/moon icon) in the navigation bar. Your preference is saved automatically.

To delete your account, please contact us at support@eltella.com. Please note that account deletion is permanent and will remove all your learning progress and course enrollments.

For Instructors

To create courses, you need instructor or staff privileges. Once you have access:

  • Navigate to the Course Builder from your dashboard
  • Create a new course with title, description, and category
  • Add modules to organize your content
  • Create lessons and exercises within each module
  • Publish when ready for learners

Contact your organization admin to request instructor access.

Eltella supports several exercise types:

  • Single Answer: Multiple choice with one correct answer
  • Multiple Choice: Select all correct answers
  • True/False: Simple binary questions
  • Short Answer: Text input responses

All exercise types support media attachments (images, audio, video, documents).

Troubleshooting

If you can't sign in, try these steps:

  • Make sure you're using the correct email address
  • Check that Caps Lock is off when entering your password
  • Try resetting your password using "Forgot password?"
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try a different browser

If issues persist, contact support@eltella.com.

If media content isn't loading:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Try refreshing the page
  • Disable browser extensions that might block media
  • Update your browser to the latest version
  • Try a different browser

Progress is saved automatically. If it's not appearing:

  • Make sure you're logged in (check the navigation bar)
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
  • Try logging out and back in
  • Clear your browser cache and refresh
